Description: Sumner Appraisal is a provider of real estate valuations for mortgage lending purposes such as for home purchases and refinancing.

Features: The site owner wished to have a clean website with a primary focus as a resource for her existing clients and a virtual shop front for potential new clients. She wanted to be able to easily tell her clients where to find vital information such as a copy of her license and other frequently asked for information while on the phone.

To accomplish this we created three easily identifiable sections on every page with direct access to the most frequently asked for information. Now if someone calls and asks for her fee schedule she can direct them the website and say it is box #3.

Clients can also purchase appraisals on her site through a simple Pay-Pal account.
